[K] CHANGES NOTICED
ENERGY LEVELS - My energy levels continue to increase -- Pure Barre is playing a huge role in that. I love being back in the PB routine!
QUALITY OF SLEEP - Sleep is still AWESOME -- Pure Barre sleep is the best sleep!
- PHYSICAL CHANGES - I do see definition coming back into my arms but no dramatic changes yet.. (Hopefully soon -- I just bought my first bathing suit of the season, yikes!)
- WEIGHT - I jumped on the scale and was NOT happy with what I saw. My holiday weight is still lingering (W says it is muscle but I think he is just being sweet..) B and I have registered for 4 classes this week so hopefully this number will go down!
- STRENGTH - Getting stronger! My class with Taryn last Thursday had my thighs sore for the entire weekend (a good sore) and I felt serious shake with Meghan Monday night (embrace the shake, it means muscles are changing!)
[B] CHANGES NOTICED
ENERGY LEVELS - I was so sleepy before my Monday night Pure Barre class but truly felt so much better after! Energy levels were way up and hopefully will continue on through the week!
QUALITY OF SLEEP - Still sleeping like a little bebe.
- PHYSICAL CHANGES - None hugely noticeable - yet. Like Kait mentioned above, we have a full schedule of classes this week! Hopefully will have noticeable changes by next Tuck It Tuesdays report :)
- WEIGHT - Yeah.. about that..
- STRENGTH - I HELD THE 90 SECOND PLANK FOR THE FIRST TIME! I was seriously so proud of myself. My arms felt super weak today, though. One step at a time!
