City living is hard, y'all - I'm talking about SMALL apartments. I think my biggest shock with moving to San Francisco was the very high cost of rent. I'm talking rent as high (even higher) than mortgage payments for the smallest of apartments! I thought Wand I were going to have to live in a studio apartment because the cost of rent for a one bedroom was just INSANE! Luckily we stumbled across a one bedroom that was "moderately" priced so we snatched it up! Although there is ample closet space (thank god) there is no dining room. So all I can do for now is day dream about my future dining room! Follow me along on Pinterest to really see all my day dreams for my future home.
This Saarinen Tulip table is perfect for a smaller dining space, especially in apartments or condos. When you are able to move into a larger home this table would be perfect for the breakfast nook or even in your office. It's a staple investment piece that can transition with you throughout the stages of life. If you cannot afford this piece as it does have a hefty price tag, Ikea makes a pretty good replica for a fraction of the price!
