Do you need a fabulous sweet treat to bake this weekend? If so, look no further! I adapted this Lemon Blueberry Cake from several recipes, modifying to make it gluten free. However, the gluten free flour can be substituted for regular flour for all of you glutenous bakers out there :) I had been craving a lemon dessert for a long time -- this cake hit that sweet lemon spot!
If I could pick my two favorite fruits, without question it would be lemons and blueberries. This could explain my obsession for this cake but is there anything better than baked blueberries? When they are so sweet, soft, and bursting?! I don't think so!
