[K] CHANGES NOTICED
ENERGY LEVELS - I am still doing my elimination diet (14 days down!) and I am starting to feel more energized -- still lower than my normal energy levels, which is making it that much harder to get to the barre! (This whole snow thing has NOT helped either)
QUALITY OF SLEEP - I see so many positive changes when I go to Pure Barre - my mood, sleep patterns, energy levels. My body feels completely off when I can't go for a few days!
- PHYSICAL CHANGES - I am seeing more definition in my legs! (I probably have Taryn to thank for this one -- I don't know if my legs have fully recovered from last Wednesday!)
- WEIGHT - I am down 3 lbs since the holidays (yelp!)
- STRENGTH - I still feel strong, but it has been hard to tackle exercises with my low energy levels.
