So much for that productive weekend! I woke up feeling super sick on Friday morning (fever and a sore throat - ick!) which pretty much took me out of commission all weekend. What probably didn't help was all of the rosé I drank on Saturday! When a friend comes over and suggests that we go somewhere to drink rosé, you always say yes. Hello, ever heard of #yeswayrosé?! So although the rosé was fun while it lasted, I woke up feeling even worse on Sunday! But I did try to turn Sunday into the most productive day as possible.
W and I had a slow morning but we finally got around to donating all the clothes that have been sitting in the corner of our room! It felt so good to see the floor again! After we finished up a few other errands we decided to head out to Eagle's Point Labyrinth in Lands End to catch the sunset. Unfortunately it startled drizzling on our way over but we decided it would be worth it rain or shine. It was a bit more of a hike getting over to Eagle's Point than I anticipated but the views and the sound of the waves crashing amongst the rocks was truly a sight to see. I often found myself lost in thought feeling so thankful to live in this beautiful city while staring out as the sun set over the golden gate bridge.
