W and I had the epitome of a lazy weekend which was so nice and needed! I'm glad that it was raining all weekend so I didn't feel too guilty about it ;) I love relaxing and laying low but the type A in me likes to be productive so sometimes its hard for me to unwind! I caught up on a lot of sleep and binge watched House of Cards ALL. WEEKEND. LONG. Please tell me, I'm not the only one who watched about 17 hours of TV in a row?! If you have never watched HOC before, I highly recommend starting! It's SO good - but it's one of those shows where you have to constantly pay attention! No playing on your phone scrolling through Instagram allowed (trust me, I got yelled at several times… haha!)
We did take a tiny break in our binge watching yesterday to take a few blog photos and luckily there was a break in the rain! San Francisco is still so gorgeous even when it is so gloomy outside. I kept staring off into the distance appreciating the colorful houses sitting atop of the hills. Potrero Hill truly has some of the best views in the city!
I fell in love with this green faux suede dress when I was at Forever 21 a week or so ago! I've been dying for a suede shift dress (originally wanting the normal camel color) but immediately changed my mind when I saw this emerald green dress! I'm a huge fan of greens as the hue typically brings out the green in my hazel eyes. Although I still want a real suede dress, this dress will do for the time being because you really can't beat the price at $24! I layered by lace top underneath the shift to add some boho flair (and warmth) which I think completes this look! I wore my favorite wedge/heels but I also think knee high boots, tall gladiator sandals, and lace up flats would look equally cute with this outfit! I apologize in advance for the amount of times I'll be wearing this dress ;)
