Long time, no see. I know, I'm sorry y'all. I fell into a rut (and still feel in it.) Although I love blogging and sharing my musings, outfits, and etc with y'all, blogging can really get you down. The blogging community in general is super uplifting but it can take a turn for the worse if you start to compare yourself to others. Which is what I did. I fell down the compare rabbit hole. Once you're in the hole, it's pretty hard to get out of it. But they key to getting out? Slowly start to climb back out and get back into your old routine and start doing what made you happy in the first place!
So on that note, I'm excited to share this shoot with y'all from a few weeks ago in one of my favorite places, Ocean Beach. Is it weird that I love SF's foggy beaches? There's something romantic and dreamy to me about it. W and I were that at golden hour (sunset) and I love the way the fog creates this warm glow. It's pretty magical.
I wore my new white top which is like #500 in my wardrobe but you can never have too many white tops, #amiright?! I love the peplum detail and the low v neck. The neck hangs pretty loose but nothing a little fashion tape can't fix. I love how you can tape it at different lengths depending on how much skin you want to show off ;)
Here's to getting out of this rut soon! Tell me, have you ever experienced one? Not only creatively, but either emotionally or at work? What's your trick to getting out of them? Tell me in the comments!
